Guests must change and/or cancel the reservations on, or before, 4pm, 2 day (48 hours) prior to arrival. all changes/cancellation must be made through groupbook and not the property. if the guests do not do so, then the master credit card used to reserve the room(s) will be charged a non-refundable 1 night room and tax charge.
