NEW 140-room boutique hotel located on historic Espanola Way in South Beach. Opened in November 2022. Built in 1925 the series of buildings along Espanola Way that make up Esme Village were once a hideaway for Al Capone and his cronies as they ran shady card games and set the backdrop for Desi Arnaz as he started a craze for the rumba.
